WELCOME to my official blog:)
Please read the part to the left of this post and the part in the My Story tab above. It will completely fill you in on why I started this little blogging thing.

But, just FYI... every post is going to be different and unique. I'm going to post pictures of my clothes, shoes, jewelry, accessories, etc. Along with that, whenever I see someone in public wearing a super fashionable outfit I am going to ask them if I can take their picture for my fashion&froyo blog. Let's just hope they don't turn me down... :)

If anyone has a special request about a topic they want me to post about... please let me know because I would be mooooreee than happy to write about it! I am excited to see where this blog takes me. I am ready to inspire and also get inspired. I am ready to BE creative.

But remember... this blog is all about YOU being YOU. And expressing your own definition of fashion.

WOW! the very first blog entry.

oh where shall I begin? :)

Well, first of all...I have a confession to make. I was picking my outfit out yesterday afternoon and I could NOT figure out anything I wanted to wear! I am sure I am not the only girl on this planet that looks into her closet full of options yet still has absolutely no clue what to put on. A part of me was worrying about what someone else would think of my outfit. A series of questions popped into my mind. Would people like this top with these bottoms? Does my butt look big in these pants? Do these shoes look okay? How about these colors together? Uhm... STOP! Why should I care? Well, I shouldn't. But, us girls want to feel "approved" and liked by just about everyone.

I think it is sad how this culture is seeking flattery from others. And trying to find joy in materialistic possessions. No piece of clothing, article of jewelry, or pair of shoes is going to make you feel fully satisfied. It only takes wearing that belonging about three times to grow tired of it. And then it is on to wanting the nexxxxt thing.

It doesn't have to be like this though...

Be happy with what you have.

We need to be confident in ourselves.
Every morning. Every day. Every night. ALL the time.
If you like an outfit... then wear it & rock it! Don't be afraid to stand out and get attention. If people judge you, let them. Who cares? You are beautiful when you express your unique self.
